This year, I am going back to the roots. I am cutting down the number of ARCs I will be reading (not that there are a lot of good ones about to be released anyway, in my own opinion) so here are few of the books I am planning to read this year.
- Une vie de Coffe, Jean Pierre Coffe
- Thornhill family trilogy, Kate Grenville
- Scrappy little nobody, Anna Kendrick
- Le jardin arc-en-ciel, Ito Ogawa
- Absolutely on Music: Conversations with Seiji Ozawa, Haruki Murakami - READ
- Première Neige, Bomi Park
- A midsummer's equation, Keigo Higashino - READ
- The devotion of suspect X, Keigo Higashino - READ
- Malice, Keigo Higashino
- Les 47 Ronins, Jiro Osaragi
- few books from Charles Dickens
- some books from the Brontë sisters
Also, I am not planning on taking part of any bookish challenges this year, apart from the Goodreads one where I set my goals pretty low. So, as for now, I am going to read the last ARCs I got from last year and then focus on the list above. I might stray once in a while from it but I need to rekindle with good books with good storyline and quality writing.
